After watching the original, unaired pilot of The Big Bang Theory, I took away some things about Sheldon for my brain canon, namely, the fact that Sheldon likes women who are, uhm, bootylicious. So in all those scene where it kinda looks like he's checking her out, like when they were going down the stairs that time everyone was going to the comic book store? He totally is.

On an artist's note, it is really difficult for me to draw someone from the back and not have them look wonky.

OMG. And I'm suddenly glad for the unaired pilot (whereas previously I was...unimpressed), just because it spawned this gloriousness.

Dude. Total validation. I had never thought about it that way, but you're so right.

And for the record, Penny does not look wonky there at all. She looks marvelous, as does the whole thing. Love this!

I was unimpressed as well, but there were some genuinely funny moments. I actually liked most the moment where Leonard basically told Katie that her life was screwed up because she was stupid/made stupid decisions. Overall, the pilot wasn't terrible, but I don't see the show they had then making it 4 seasons, or even 1.

However, I'm really glad you think this works. :)

That scene you mentioned was probably one of the only redeemable ones for me. In that incarnation, the show would've been gone within 5 episodes. It's missing so much of what makes this show work for sure.

All that aside, seriously awesome job. Leave it to you to make crappy things a hell of a lot better :)

Thanks. :) I didn't mean for the design on her pants to look like Penny blossoms. They're supposed to be those black pants with the floral design that she wears in TPPP. But Penny usually wears some item of clothing with flowers. :)

BWAH HA! I love it. I watched the original pilot the other day, too. It was...interesting! I never would have imagined Sheldon had a thing for, well, baby got back. ^^ So I love this idea! And I don't think Penny looks wonky. You never fail to impress.
