I know I'm way late replying to this, but I just re-read it.
Have you thought about just posting "Strawberries" as a drabble, and then getting feedback to see if there's any interest in writing more.
I should probably take my own advice, but every idea I think of turns into this massive multi-chapter epic. I suppose I should be writing right now actually. I'm thinking of changing the format of "Back Home" as all the chapters I've written so far have kind of been an interlude, and they still have yet to actually get there (home, Chippewa Falls).
I also want to write more on "Left Behind" but that story is going in a dark/angsty direction, and I have to be in a certain mood to write it so. . .
