If I was a McKeller fan, I'd think it would make an awesome icon. I have to agree with you. The love triangle thing is a real stretch. There hasn't been enough build-up for the viewer to see to make it a solid secondary storyline. Of course that could just be my very biased perception which is much influenced by a profound wish that McKay didn't factor in the Ronon/Keller dynamic AT ALL. : )
Rodney offering comfort to anyone sets off all my alarm bells. Just not like him, so displaying that level of compassion toward Jennifer makes my Ronon/Keller fangirl sensibilities go "Nooooooo!" I'll be interested to see that episode and keeping my fingers crossed that nothing more than a forehead touch comes of that one.
Ugh. I'm behind on multiple deadlines at the moment. I have a LotR fic that needs finishing (I'm on the last chapter), a Lost fanfic that needs tending to and two original pieces demanding my attention--one with a November deadline. But of course, I'm fecking around on LJ. ; )
I'm hoping to put up a short tale after I see The Lost Tribe. I want to intertwine pieces from The Shrine, Tracker, FC and TLT together into it.
I was also so impressed with Chris Heyerdahl's performance as Todd that a plot bunny involving him has latched onto me with the tenacity of a pit bull onto me and won't let go. I'm actively trying to smother it as I don't need to start a story in another ship of the fandom when I have so much other backload to complete.
Awww, thank you, Ren! That was incredibly complimentary and a generous thing for you to do. I'm honored. I'm so glad you've enjoyed my R/K stuff. You were one of my first reviewers and always welcoming to a newbie in the SGA fandom. I truly appreciate that. There are some truly talented writers in that fandom (you're one of them), so it's nice to hang out with such good writers.
