Title: To See Clearly

Notes: A prize for mrsvc . She wanted an illustration of a scene from her fic "To See Clearly." This was fun because that scene really resonated with me.

They walked back in and the clerk recognized Sheldon immediately. He should, Sheldon had only fought with him over every detail before she drug him from the store. The clerk pulled his glasses out and fitted them to Sheldon's face, adjusting a nose piece here and the arm there. Penny stood him up and pushed him in front of a large mirror. "Behold, the future Sheldon!" She smiled again, holding his shoulders and leaning around from behind. He seemed a little lost. "So, what do you think?" She worried for a moment he didn't like them very much.

Sheldon just looked at mirror Penny and said, with the hint of a blush, "I think I see much more clearly now. Thank you, Penny."



It's supposed to be "just a sketch" but I got a little carried away with the detail. Not so much so that I was tempted to draw in a background with racks of glasses, though. ;)

Awww, this is so cute! As usual, Penny's hair looks great (you always draw it so well!). Sheldon looks unbelievable handsome (and the glasses! so perfect for him :)

Thank you! Yes, I do love to draw hair, and Penny's always looks so great on the show. Sheldon did give me problems. I referenced photos to get his likeness, but his face wasn't come out exactly like I wanted. I think in the end he does look pretty handsome though. :)
