Is it just me, or does
Dollhouse get like 10 times better whenever
Tahmoh Penikett appears onscreen. Like, omg, where have you been? Yes, more Agent Ballard, please.
I'd say the guy just has charisma (and amazing bone structure...and abs). I just want to look at him and watch him. It's engaging.
The point is, I watched the first two episodes of the show and wasn't very "wowed." Yeah, I thought the second episode was better than the pilot, but I didn't watch further until I heard hubbub about how episode 6 is THE episode to watch, the plot really takes off,
blah blah. So, I happend to get home just in time from a shopping trip to Target, and the show was just on. So, I sat down with my sis and watched.
( SPOILER )For reasons I won't spoil, there was lots of reasons to squee this ep. Character development, how I missed you so. Now I've got to go back and watch eps 3-5 to fill in, compliments of
hulu. The sad thing is, I don't feel like I've really missed anything by not seeing those. My sis was able to fill me in on the little details.
I wasn't terribly interested in the teaser for next week's ep, but I'll probably tune in.
