I've been keeping up with this show called Riese. I first became interested when I heard that Sharon Taylor, who previously portrayed Amelia Banks on Stargate Atlantis, was going to be starring in it. I was so excited to see more of her range.

Episode 2 of the show rolls around and she appears in this scene with the character Trennan (Patrick Gilmore). I don't know if it was written like that, but, holy crap, there was an insane amount of ~~sexual~~ tension in about a mere 20 seconds. I'd seen Patrick Gilmore in Stargate Universe (yes, I watch that show, grudgingly, and I do have a favorite episode of that series so far). He didn't have a big role in SGU, being a recurring character. In that scene with Amara, he blew me away.

Lemme tell you, dude can act. He just gives her this look and says her name and it's like, omg, he totally in love with her...or something.

But then I was all, dude, I can't ship them. They're on the side that's trying to kill Riese, the title character.

But I do, so. . . *shrug*
